Out of all the fights in the 4th great ninja war this is at the top of its list. No a*spull needed just good old fighting. Madara was right to declare that Guy was the strongest. Guy didn't have a very strong lineage from what we saw in his flashback, he was plain hard work at its finest. Against a jinchuriki Madara he almost killed him.

Great episode, loved the animation with Guy's last attack and the flashback with Kakashi. Madara recognized Guy almost killed him and respects him! That's big praise. Never been so happy to see Naruto do an entrance before lol

Without saying anything spoilerish, I'll just point how big letdowns were both Naruto's super modes : Yes, sage mode and six path mode.

In fight with Nagato you think that sage mode would allow him to win, but nooo, he enters Guts's berserk mode with Kurama's power and pummels Nagato. It turn's out, sage mode wasn't even needed, at all.

In this second power up, well, let's just say it does jack shit against Madara and then Deus Ex Machina happens, without input from either Naruto or anyone on the good guys side.

Seriously Kishimoto, if you write some new powers or super modes for your characters, at least make them worthwhile for a task for which they were invented.
